Welfare of the City

Jeremiah 29:7 But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.

I want my city to prosper. Personally I consider my city be the people in it, not so much the rest of the material commodities.

In v7 of Jeremiah 29 God is essentially telling the Isrealites to make the best of their circumstances. To build up postive communities until God sees that they are ready to be a loving nation.

I dream of being an artist full time someday but I have work to do, both physically and spiritually with the people I am around at the buissness I’m employed with.

I beileve the relationships we build and make are our greatest source of prosperity. When we come together and genuinely care and love one another in relationships we are all happier, more supportive and more productive.

The greatest part of this is we can be this way despite our circumstances, where we live and where we work.
