I know this is old testament and there was a reference to David but in my opinion this is all prophecy of Christ coming to teach and shower us with joy and truth. it’s all prophecy of the good shepherd coming to save all of us sheep – See John 10. No matter where we are, we can have Him inside our hearts. It’s a prophecy of hope that God will gather all of His children together and make their land a safe place to grow and become fruitful
